7. a. Invoicing and payment

Lürzer GmbH will confirm your order and send the invoice to your e-mail address once your credit card payment has been successfully processed. Lürzer GmbH shares information with partner firms engaged by Lürzer GmbH to charge/debit the credit card. Lürzer GmbH and partner firms engaged by Lürzer GmbH, accept American Express, VISA or MasterCard. If you prefer to pay after receiving the invoice or have any other questions, please contact Lürzer GmbH.

7. b. Delivery

All merchandise is shipped at economy rates, the amount payable being charged to the customer under the item shipping costs in the order. If you wish goods to be sent by airmail or courier, please contact Lürzer GmbH directly.

The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our transfer of merchandise to the carrier.  This ruling does not apply if you are a consumer (and not a company or other commercial enterprise).

Lürzer GmbH is unable to guarantee that the products requested are always available. In the event of unavailability, your account will be credited.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be met by you. Lürzer GmbH has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

8. Submission

Submissions of advertisements, TV commercials and posters to Lürzer´s Int´l Archive constitutes representation that the submitter has the authority to grant, and agrees to grant Lürzer´s Int´l Archive, the right and permission to reproduce, edit and comment editorially on all or any part of the submission in Archive’s editorial section. All such reproductions are free of charge to the submitter. Advertisements that have no symbols near them indicating creative origins are paid advertisements. Archive assumes no responsibility for the return of unsolicited material, and reserves the right to accept or reject any advertising material for whatever reason.
