1. Why can I not log in to Luerzer’s Archive Online Access?

Before logging in, please check that you subscribed to the Online version of the magazine.
To log in just click on the tab member area and then click on login to online services
Then you have to enter your ID and you password in the appropriate mask.
The subscription to the Online Archive costs 99€ a year.
Remember! Only subscribers to the printed version have the right to subscribe to the Online access.

2. What is the purpose of the password I received?

The password and login you receive when you order on our website is only destined to check out your basket, as well as the former orders you placed on our website.
Attention! Do not confound this password and the one that you use to access your Online archive! (if you have one)
A subscription to our Online access costs 99€ per year (provided that you already have a subscription to the printed version)

3. How do I order?

On our website please click on the button: shop and then Product overview.
You then have the choice between the 3 products offered by our company:
Subscription to the magazine, Special books, Online access
You can also order back issues of Luerzer’s Archive.
Important: You must pay by credit card if you want to order our products on our website!
If you do not want to pay by credit card, please send us an email to office@luerzersarchive.com mentioning the product(s) you want to order.

4. How do I find distributors for Luerzer’s Archive?

On our website please click on the tab: Products and then Distributors
You can then see a list of our distributors all over the world. If your country is not listed please contact our international distributor IPS at the following address:
sub-archive@ips-d.de

5. How do I register when I get the codes for the Online Access?

Just type all details in the following mask, as well as the given code.
https://www.luerzersarchive.net/code.asp? (Choose distributor for the payment method)
As soon as you completed this form you can access to our online archives.
If you order on our website the codes are automatically generated and you do not need to follow this procedure.

6. How do I search for spots, TV campaigns, posters...on the Online Archive?

Simply click on the tab search. You then have a panel with the different categories and countries that are classified in our online archives.
Just type in a keyword if you look for a specific campaign.
If you are not a subscriber to our online version you can not see enlarged pictures and you can not download videos.

7. How do I change my login (e-mail address) or my password?

If you want to change the login or the password of your online account, just send us an email notifying your former login or password with the ones you want to change for.

8. How do I renew my subscriptions?

Your subscription to Luerzer’s Archive is not automatically renewed! (Except for Germany)
If you want to renew your subscription to the printed or online version of the magazine, just reply to the mail that will be sent to you when your subscription is about to expire.

9. How do I submit a work?

If you want to submit your work, just click on the tab submission. You now have the possibility to submit you work online. Please select the category you want to submit your work to.
